Closure of LBB Resin Loyalty Service
Loyalty Closure Summary
Unfortunately we've had to make the decision to close the LBB Resin Loyalty service effective 24 June 2026. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
What does this mean for you?
- Up until 1 May 2026 you will still be able to earn points per each $1.00 spent
- Before the 24 June 2026 you will need to use any remaining points or discounts on participating products and rewards.
- From the 24 June 2026 you will no longer be able to use or redeem any points for product discounts and rewards
- From 25 June 2026 your LBB Resin loyalty account will be closed and deleted.
What does this mean for your data?
- We will be deleting all personal information you have provided to LBB Resin Loyalty while using the service. This may include your email address, personal name(s) and mobile number.
- We will also securely delete your personally identifiable information from 25 June 2026
We apricate your support and apologise for the closure of the loyalty service.
